What Happens with Unregistered Text Messages?
Traffic that is not registered will be blocked by carriers
Registering for A2P 10DLC to become an authorized sender of business text messages is a requirement created by the U.S. Mobile Carriers.
Unregistered traffic makes you more susceptible to scrutiny for TCPA violations and, hence, more vulnerable to penalty fees. The mobile providers have also indicated they filter and not deliver unregistered messages starting with December 2nd.
