smrtPhone has come to meet your needs with a new pricing plan tailored for your business, giving you two ways to manage your communication usage: Standard Usage and Unlimited. *(Fair-Use Policy).
smrtPhone Standard
The smrtPhone Standard plan gives every seat on your account a monthly usage allowance, with the flexibility to go beyond it whenever your business needs to.
Each seat includes 500 talk minutes and 1,000 text segments per month (one segment = 160 characters). These allowances are pooled across your entire account, so if one team member runs heavy on calls one month and another barely touches the phone, they draw from the same shared bucket. As you add seats, your total pool grows with your team.
You only pay usage rates once your pooled allowance is used up. Calls, texts, phone numbers, and other applicable services beyond your included allowance are then billed at their individual usage rates, so you keep the predictability of an included plan with the flexibility to scale past it when a busy month calls for it.

The smrtPhone Unlimited plan gives you a predictable, per-user way to manage your team's communication costs.
Instead of tracking calling and texting usage against an allowance, you pay a fixed amount for each user on your account, and your team calls and texts without per-minute or per-segment charges. Your monthly cost stays the same whether it's a quiet month or your busiest one. As you add users, the only thing that changes is the number of seats.
Unlimited usage is subject to our Fair-Use Policy, which sets the thresholds that keep the plan fair for everyone.

Choose Monthly or Annual Plan Billing
All smrtPhone subscriptions have no long-term contracts and a clear cancellation Policy. You can pay month-to-month or select annual billing for a 2-month discount. Annual plans are charged upfront, and there are no refunds for early cancellation.

Ongoing Usage: Maintaining Your smrtPhone Balance
In addition to your plan fees, you need to keep a positive balance and a valid credit card for cases that exceed your plan benefits (calls, texts), buy phone numbers, or add Add-ons.
If you run out of credit, your account will be suspended from activity until you top it up again. You can set an Auto Top-Up that will charge your card at whatever threshold you set. After a month or two of billing, you should get a sense of what the right threshold is to minimize excessive credit card charges while keeping your balance where it needs to be to accomplish your business goals.
