How to Duplicate a Call Flow

An alternative to crafting a new call flow from a blank slate is copying an existing call flow and making adjustments.

It's super simple to duplicate a call flow:

1. Locate the Call Flow you'd like to copy

2. Select the 📑 copy icon

   

3. Confirm that you want to copy this flow, and you'll be automatically placed into the flow editor to make any needed refinements

   

4. Once you have completed and saved your flow, you'll see it at the bottom of your Call Flow list

5. Click the 📝 pen icon to Edit/Update the new flow name.
