The smrtAgent is an AI tool designed to enhance your work experience, working alongside you as part of your team.
Insert the smrtAgent in your call flows in just a few simple steps: head to Call Flows, choose the flow you want to use to contain the AI Agent, and then drag and drop the applet.
When the second window opens, you can select the AI Agent you created for this flow or another one you want created, customize it, and add it to the AI Agents list.
Press Save flow. Each call that will come to this phone number will follow the assigned AI Agent's instructions and set actions.
