However, to receive a voicemail, your call flow has to be set correctly, meaning set to have the Voicemail Applet.

Call flow with a voicemail applet set, when a voicemail is received in the Inbox, it will show up in the list and you can listen to the recording and process it further.

All you need to do to customize your voicemail message and very simply add your own recording is to head over to My Account > Set Your Voicemail Greeting.
The voicemail message will be the default voicemail for anyone who calls you.
Click the Edit button and select how youโd like to set your message.
